Clinic Policy on Cancellations:

 

There is a 24hr cancelation policy. If you do not provide notice for a cancelation or reschedule 24hrs prior to your appointment you will be charged 50% of the missed appointment. If you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged 100% for a no show. I understand that emergencies happen, and you will not be charged depending on the situation. Conflicts in scheduling is not deemed as an emergency.

 

Late to your appointment:

 

Please arrive to your appointment 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, the time remaining will be used and you will still be charged for the entire booked appointment time. If the therapist is late for any reason, you will receive the remaining time and will be charged accordingly.
